Futzo feature

Manage fields and time slots without scheduling conflicts

When you're running multiple fields, the challenge isn't just building a schedule — it's avoiding double-bookings and handling changes without breaking everything. With Futzo you configure real field availability and move games without the chaos.

What you can configure per field today

  • Field name
  • Venue or location
  • Field type (5v5, 7v7, or 11v11)
  • Dimensions
  • Days and time windows

You can also set different time windows per day.

Transparency note: capacity and cost per field are not currently available as native fields.

How it prevents scheduling conflicts

Futzo validates field and time conflicts when you schedule and reschedule.

  1. Two games on the same field at the same time.
  2. Last-minute changes that overlap another game.

Move games without rebuilding the season

  • Move a single game to another field and time.
  • Without rebuilding the whole schedule.
  • Less admin work and fewer cascading errors.

Field availability and blocking

  • Availability view per field for context-aware scheduling.
  • A dedicated monthly agenda as a standalone module is not currently part of the standard flow.

What blocking options are available today

  • The main blocking type is a recurring pattern by day and time window.
  • Blocking a specific single date is not available as a standard flow today.

Why this beats spreadsheets and group chats

  • Fewer field and time conflicts.
  • Faster changes in real operations.
  • Better control when managing multiple venues.
  • Less rework from rescheduling.
