Data Deletion

At Futzo, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your information at any time using any of the methods described below.

Option 1: Request deletion directly from Futzo

Send an email to soporte@futzo.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include in your message:

  • The email address associated with your Futzo account.
  • A brief description of the data you want deleted (full account, specific data, etc.).

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 calendar days and confirm by email once deletion has been completed.

Option 2: Remove access from your Facebook account

If you used Facebook to sign in to Futzo, you can revoke access and request deletion of linked data directly from your Facebook account settings.

1. Log into your Facebook account and click "Settings & Privacy", then click "Settings".

2. Go to the "Apps and Websites" section, where you can see all activity related to apps and websites connected to your Facebook account.

3. Check the box next to Futzo App and click "Remove".

4. Select the checkboxes according to your preference and click "Remove".

5. Done! You have successfully removed Futzo App from your activities.

What data gets deleted?

When you request deletion of your account, Futzo will permanently delete:

  • Your user profile and login credentials.
  • Tournaments, teams, and players you created.
  • Any other personal data linked to your account.

Some data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal or tax obligations under applicable law.
