All rights to the design, source code, logos, and other elements of Futzo are the exclusive property of Futzo.io.

User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of data they enter into the platform. However, they grant Futzo a non-exclusive license to use that data for the operation of the service.

System Protection — the following are prohibited:

• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the software.
• Using Futzo brand elements without authorization.

User Conduct

General Restrictions:

• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or similar tools.
• Sharing personal information of third parties without consent.

Ethical Use:

Users agree to act in good faith and not to engage in activities that damage Futzo's reputation.

Payments and Fees

Payment Methods and Billing:

Users may make payments through available methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to review and will only be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

• Billing system errors.
• Cancellations before the contracted service begins.

Taxes:

The user is responsible for paying any applicable taxes under local law.

Futzo may update these terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or market changes. Users will be notified at least 15 days in advance.

Acceptance of Changes:

Continued use of the service after notification of changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.

Registration and Verification Services

Futzo integrates third-party services such as Google, Facebook, and WhatsApp for user registration, authentication, and verification. By using these services, you agree to the following:

Registration and Authentication with Google and Facebook:

• Users must authorize Futzo to access the minimum data required to complete registration (name, email address, etc.).
• Futzo is not responsible for issues related to your Google or Facebook accounts (e.g., loss of access to those accounts).

WhatsApp OTP Verification:

• Users must provide a valid phone number to complete the verification process.
• Users are responsible for protecting the verification code and not sharing it with third parties.
• Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

User Responsibility:

• Users must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• Futzo is not responsible for misuse of third-party services, such as incorrect OTP transmission or technical issues beyond the platform's control.

Third-Party Policies:

By using Google, Facebook, or WhatsApp as part of the process, users are also subject to those platforms' privacy policies in addition to Futzo's policies.

Definitions

• User: Any person who accesses the Service, whether as a league administrator, team, player, referee, or in any other role.
• League: An organized set of teams and tournaments registered on the platform.
• Tournament: A competition within a league, managed through the Service.
• Content: Data entered by users, including information about teams, players, and matches.
• Administrator: A user with permissions to manage the league and its activities.
• Player: A user registered on the platform as a member of a team.
• Team: A group of players registered on the platform.
• Match: A game between two teams, scheduled and recorded on the platform.
• Service: The Futzo platform and all its features.

Service Usage

Access and Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

Roles and Permissions

Each user will have specific permissions based on their assigned role (e.g., league administrator, player).

Restrictions

The following are prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to access, modify, or destroy other users' data without authorization.
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties.
• Using the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Infringing copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service.
• Using bots, scripts, or other automated methods to access the Service.
• Using the platform in ways that may affect its performance or stability.
• Sharing personal information of other users without their consent.
